Woke up feeling energetic this morning; and then the scale showed me 220.8. First time that I've seen a lower number on the scale in about 30 days. I think changing my eating habits over the last week has triggered a change in my system. Can't wait to see a number <220; I've been above 220 for 10 years now.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
