Okay so yesterday didnt manage to get any of my normal exercises in but I did get an A on a major paper and do some shopping. Did pretty well with calories and got the rest of the B&J ice cream eaten so no more bad food in the house now. But time to get to this mornings workout. Good luck to all today!!!!
