Looks like I am back on track. 19lbs in 3 months 5 days is a very big accomplishment for me. Guess increasing my way water intake was the push I needed. 😀
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
