I am so proud of myself on 15 March 2018 I weighed 101 kg today I only way 85kg but still a long way to go. I have so far fully achieved cutting out Red Meat, polonies, Vienna's, bacon basically all processed meats and cheeses. My challenge this week is to start cutting out fruits and veggies high is starch. I am getting there hard work but I am going to do it!
