Managed to get in a run last night after dinner and before bed. I was feeling a little bloated and full and I wanted to get rid of that before bedtime.

I actually spent more of my time walking on a very steep incline and I found that I was burning just as much as I would if I were walking then running for a short time. I also felt like I was working the back part of my leg and rear that I am trying to tighten up as I lose.

I can see more of the muscle when I am under 123. It was a struggle to get back there for me this time. Note to self....123 is a threshold that I need to stay away from with a 2-3 lb buffer!!

122.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
