Fairly pleased with weight loss for this week. I think it should have been more, but I'm sticking with this regardless! Three pounds a week isn't bad!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey Nana, Great 3 lbs! YEA! keep it up & it won't take you long @ all. I read your profile & ?. What is a DH? Because I do not think you live with a Designated Hitter but you never know! LOL Good luck, Paula
