📌低碳生酮243天~64.3(-15.6)
昨天中午有吃少量水果
晚上吃一盤三層肉炒剩菜!飽了
又外出吃原味麻辣燙選青菜比較多
結果。。。真的超出身體預算呵
繼續努力。。還有太晚睡了
要改進😣
141.8 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
