My prayer walk as usual was awesome. I walked 4.33 miles and burned 545.7 calories. I needed to because I ate a big freakin nacho from taco bueno, however over 1900 calories. That is above my Dailey 1500 calories. so today is a new day and I will do much better. I really need some great recipes that will taste great and not filled with carbs. Next week I will increase my work out with weight lifting, fasting, and meditation. I'm excited about the changes. Ready to excel in all areas of my life.
