Okay so the weekend got me, or really yesterday got me because I did well on Saturday. But yesterday I went to the grocery store hungry (a big no-no) and ended up with B&J ice cream again!!!! Then I decided I wanted chinese food and ate all of mine AND then some ice cream. But I did not put that much back on still under where I started the week at, and I AM NOT GIVING UP. I am measuring and counting everything I put in my mouth today. And I am doubling up on my workout this week to get a bit more in gear. Starting to get nice enough outside so that I can take the dogs for longer further walks with out tiring them or myself out with the cold or weather. I wish everyone great sucess this week!!!!

Great job getting back on track!!! I have heard a day of higher calories can help boost our metabolism...Getting more workouts should certainly help burn those calories from Sunday:) You are doing great...keep moving forward!!!
