this week murphys law was in full affect.... I almost cheated myself and blew my diet again. weighing in today has been such a relief and happy moment that I've decided to keep with it ( I almost carb binged yesterday) so yay for little goals!

Great drop and decision to keep on keepin on!! Really it is consistency AND correcting for the inevitable "slip ups" that will get you to your goals, one week, one month, one year at a tiime.
