Im new at monitoring my macros. Fatsecret helps a lot. Doing and maintaning myself at ketosis by having a 10/55/35 carb/fat/protein ratio diet with regular visits on the gym doing 30mins cardio and about an hour of weightlifting. Actually started at 197lbs 3 weeks ago. Down to 177 today July 19. Will log more results in the coming days.
