Im new at monitoring my macros. Fatsecret helps a lot.
Doing and maintaning myself at ketosis by having a 10/55/35 carb/fat/protein ratio diet with regular visits on the gym doing 30mins cardio and about an hour of weightlifting. Actually started at 197lbs 3 weeks ago. Down to 177 today July 19. Will log more results in the coming days.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
