I may have gained 0.5 lb since last weigh in but I also lost 0.5 inch around my waist so I am still happy about my progress. not to mention I think some of that half pound may be water weight gain from yesterday's overfeed.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
