I am worried about menstrual cramps and bloating on my diet.
107.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1597 kcal Fat: 70.06g | Prot: 80.81g | Carb: 160.93g.   Breakfast: Wegmans Glazed Donut Holes, Potato French Fries, Turkey Burger, Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Ledo Pizza Gluten Free Pizza, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner: Lay's Wavy Original Potato Chips, Tuna in Water (Canned), Spinach, Yehuda Gluten Free Matzo-Style Squares. Snacks/Other: Apricots , Hostess Chocodile Twinkies, Coffee with Sugar. more...
