I still haven't started running. I make it a point to do some form of arobics every day such as walking and push-ups and sit-ups, things like that are easier to do since I can do them at home.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
