And the decline continues. I did not run yesterday nor the day before. I will get a workout in today. So much rests on the amount eaten at night. If I can manage to eat a very small meal before 6pm and then nothing until bedtime, my body responds beautifully.

IT's just hard to do that sometimes.

Waist 24 7/8
Hips 34 1/4

My bottom has increased with exercise and my thighs have decreased. I want to hit 33.5 on my hips and lift it...I have added 40 pound weight is each hand and rest them while standing in Plie position right in the crook of my leg where it meets my hip. I then squat as close to 90 degrees as I can and then rise back up to while tightening my butt and thighs. At almost straight knee I then go back down to squat and repeat this 15-20x and 3 sets. It has given me definition on the bottom curvature of my butt where it meets my thigh. I would day that is the only part of my body that I am a bit displeased with at the moment. I love my arms. My abs used to be a lot more cut. I think once I get to 119, I will be able to see more definition again.

Today sarts the grind!
