昨晚睡前有正常練功(💩)就是不一樣😁,早上⬇️0.2。今晚下班運動回來要開始清腸胃,狂喝水,正式與廁所為伍,看明早出門照腸鏡前能否降回最低的體重🤣怎麼感覺像「清腸減重法」自欺欺人🤣
