Looks like you are working on the food pyramid try out, excellent, you have your fruit, and dairy covered for the day. The rest of the day is breads (6), veggies (3) and 1 protein left. :) GOOD JOB!

Be CAREFUL with the eggs though, I would not have anymore than 1 egg a day. A persons cholesterol limit daily is 300 and when you have more than one egg a day it puts you way over. Have your egg fried with cheese on an english muffin or something to help fill you up. :)
