오늘은 하체운동 했어요.
스쿼트, 레그컬, 레그익스텐션, 레그프레스,
카프레이즈 5세트
크런치 10세트

요즘 정체기네요. 운동에 흥미가 줄었어요. ㅠㅠ
164.5 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
