練腿,妳用什麼方法,我最近深蹲覺得變壯,側面變厚厚的fu,不怎麼喜歡。

lainey 我也正在研究,我是除了深蹲也會做空中腳踏車、腿部開合跳⋯一些腿部運動! 運動後一定記得要拉筋喔!我是每天睡前還會刮腿按摩,目前在實驗中有成功在分享
