I am starting again, but not. Back to no drinks and back to the gym. Although I am starting again it is not at the beginning. My body has had a break from the continuous gym but the muscles have not all gone so I'm hoping with a little reprieve from drinking, and food not being so carefully selected. Throw in a little exercise I will be back to making goals in no time. Noticed my depression sneaking in so time to swat it with some running and weights. Bought a kayak! Going to try that out tomorrow. I need to go to orange at 12 but keep trying to talk myself out of it - had many rest days in a row and convinced I need one more. Always a battle royal going on in my brain.
