Not sure what the heck is going on. Didn't cheat this week did my excersize and went up. Very fustrating. Going food shopping today. Going to really stock up on good food and not let the kids eat it for me. Ordered low carb mini muffins for me and and daughters ate them all. Didn't even get to try them. Going to have to order more.
Weather looks like its going to be clear today but cold. Hopeing that will chear me up. Going to start packing our trailer for camping next weekend. Going to the coast to go diving and hang out with friends and eat alot of fresh fish.

Thats how life is going for now.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't forget that muscle is heavier than fat....maybe you gained some muscle. Sometimes is just how the clothes fit...and how your body is shaping up. Look's like you are doing great..keep it up. Have a great time on the coast...it's been a while since I've been diving. Where exactly are you going? What dive site?

HI! Your stats look great! Keep up the good work and try to not get frustrated :-) Sometimes when you exercise, your muscles will retain fluids as they change and get stronger. Just keep on with what you are doing...it's all good! The pounds will keep coming off. Good luck!

We go to Fort Bragg CA. We dive for abolene. My husband has our oldest daughter going with him. She's 9. We also spear fish. Its alot of fun and we have a pretty big group going.

With the increased exercise everyone seems to be doing this week for the challenge, there are a lot of people experiencing gains or lower than expected losses for the challenge. Don't lose heart. The weight will come off eventually!

Aw, you tried your best and did an awesome amount of exercise, but I know it's frustrating when we don't seem to get pay back for our efforts. Just wondered though... are you eating enough? Sure you are, but know that since adding exercise I've had to up my calories otherwise my weight just stalls. You keep up the great work though... I'm sure you're efforts will show by next week. ;o)

\When you have done everything right and the scale shows a gain, its just playing with your mind! That scale will eventually be forced into telling the truth! just give it time. Ohhhh We LOVE Ft. Bragg!! What a cute little town and we were fascinated with Glass Beach and I brought home a jar full of blue and green sea glass. Do you scuba dive? or snorkle? What great fun!! I wanna go too!

I snorkle and free dive. My husband scuba, free, and our daughter snorkles right now she need to get used to water that was snow 2 min. ago first. lol. I'm so excited to go I'm going to go get a massage while we're there. I love Mendicino. Such an awesome little town and they have the best little wine tasting place and the biggest chocolate dipped strawberrys and peanut butter cups the size of cup cakes. Pretty sure the diet will go by the way side next weekend. But going to try my best.
