Will be doing weekly weigh ins from now on. About a month ago I hit 15% body fat and my goal is to bulk up for the next 4-6 months and then cut. I’m very nervous to be eating heavier but I’ve slowly increased my calories and weights the last month. Next week I’ll be starting my surplus. I’ll be targeting 2,200 calories a day about 250 carbs 60 fat and 125 protein. Macros are not my primary focus, but if anyone has tips on bulking I’d love anything I can get. Hope all goes well wish me luck!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 86.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
