Yesterday I took off from dieting and exercising and the whole bit. Missed my walk and I felt no guilt. I am back with it today, have already planned what I intend to eat and my walking. It is raining, but I am going to go ahead and walk anyway.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
