Going to Doctor tomorrow to request medical help

241.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 22.4 lb a week

It sounds like you're on the right track, Don! I hope whatever you need medical help for is resolved quickly.

Dr. did blood screens and is going to provide me with what they say is my ideal weight. I will use that as a goal and continue to watch my calorie intake. Numbers indicate I need to take care of my kidneys.

Interesting. So low sodium? I just had blood work done, too, just to make sure I'm on the right path. My cholesterol is wonky (and I adore eggs and cheese) so one more thing to have to figure out. We got this, right?
