Been doing boot camp after twice a week for 2 weeks now - starting to feel some results and the urge not to eat bad foods, walk more etc. Fingers crossed! Not losing a ton of weight, but gaining a little muscle for sure and a definite change in attitude : )
251.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
