279.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a plan for myself on this issue--mixing up diet plans whenever I stall. Like: switching over to Atkins for a month, or the Rice Diet, or using the Cabbage Soup Diet for a few days to bust through. It's so hard to keep on when you feel defeated. DO NOT GIVE UP!!
