So yesterday I did quite well with both food and exercise. I did about 15 miles on the bike before I needed to make dinner. I also gave the remainder of the B&J Ice Cream to my hubby and had a weight watchers single serve Ice Cream as a snack and ended up well below my total daily calorie intake. Today we have a big dinner planned of not so good diet food, so I will exercise more and measure my food tonight so that I don't set myself up for a bad day tomorrow when I stand on that scale.
