Feeling good about my progress. Making intentional eating choices and seeing results is awesome. What doesn't show on the weight lost is the 3.5" lost from my waist since Thursday!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 July 2018:

Thanks for the encouragement Bianca! I usually overdo the drinks on the weekend, but started doing a brand of flavoured carbonated water called Bubbly... grapefruit is delicious! And I add a splash of vodka to it. I hate drinking my calories so it is a really good and tasty alternative. 😜
