Haven't been doing my best at all at keeping with meds and watching what I eat. Lots of stuff going on in the past couple of weeks (good stuff) and also bad stuff. Meh. Either way at least I lost 1 lb over the course of time so I am making SOME conscious effort at limiting certain foods since I have not counted little to nothing of calories over this time. Tried yoga 3 times last week. Very happy about that.
