Woke up feeling bleh. Why might you ask ? Who knows. What I do know is I have. When giving myself these little pep talks less and less as I start to focus on the positives.
Work is good. I'm losing weight. I look great. I'm starting to feel like my old self again; minus the drinking.
Time to get happy!!!
