hello all I am doing well today finally back on track and it feels so good I am reading a new book again I know by knowledge is power this book is very good for those of you who would like a different insight to what dieting is all about this is an older book but found it at the public library its called THE WEIGH DOWN DIET inspirational way to lose weight stay slim and find a new you. I really do love what I am learning because I never really looked at loosing weight as a mind issue only a food issue but if your body mind and spirit is inline with each other then that is when you can really begin to overcome obstacles in this area and never go back to being over weight again.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
