I completely fell off the wagon and am now mad at myself!!!!

My husband and I are cutting out soda! We've done well the first week. Our next goal is to cut sweets... this I am having trouble with. I am also cutting out energy drinks.

I did hit the gym after work yesterday for about 45 minutes ... let's hope I can continue!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
