I am Surprised its not more, took the week off from the diet so binged a little but I found I cant stomach much junk food anymore, normally I can eat a slab of chocolate in 5 mins now 4 blocks and I could not eat more was way too sweet
This is progress :-)
131.8 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
