The weight loss has really made me feel better. We are leaving for vacation soon but, hoprfully I will be able to keep losing. Drinking the water really helps to keeps me losing the weight and also helps me to stay on my diet. I also swim in a class 3 times a week. I think this is really important. We will be traveling in our trailer so, hopefully I can count the calories everyday.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
