smh ugh don't get it been working out all this week and eating right
153.6 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes the body has a delayed response. It's greedy and wants to hold onto every ounce of fat. When I hit those points I drink a couple of glasses of water, go for a walk, and hope for a good trip to the bathroom, LOL!
