I hate my lack of motivation!! =(
177.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you gotta find your groove. Imagine yourself in your ideal body. Picture it. Feel the feelings that go along with it. Embrace it. Now ope your eyes and look at yourself in the mirror. Visualize the work that needs to be accomplished to reach that ideal lifestyle. Now get to work!

I hate how I am soooo motivated and then it goes....and then its back....and then its gone. I want it to stay!
