And now I'm mad. :) Today will be a test. Ready or not here I come. No weight loss - which seems crazy for the extremes of this plan. But giddy up - maybe its muscle... better be.

Okay new plan - my previous goal might be a tadddd urealistic lol. Lets go with 116.5 by the 14th - especially since I'm going to gain muscle. The honest truth is I don't care what I weigh as long as I look good leavin the shower lol. Lets try for 116.5 that will mean I am in better shape than last year - and its all about the slope of the graph right!
118.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
