I don’t think eating at McDonalds is okay.
I didn’t feel good yesterday right after I left the restaurant. Now, McDonalds and Del Taco are off my list of places to eat.
107.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
