Hang in there...water retension, higher than usual salt intake or instead of kg's you are losing centimeters. Patience my dear😄

Never give up keep going for the first 2 weeks stay away from the scale getting onto it just makes you feel negative and makes you fall off the bus I know the feeling just keep on going

I'm committed to doing at least 21 days of IF. It's hard staying off the scale especially when you have a good day or good days, I automatically think, yay I'm losing and will continue to lose 😁

Sometimes the cm falls off first and then the KG.Just keep on going :-)

I'm doing IF too but its alternate day fasting( fasting Mon, Wed and Friday with zero calories on fasting days.my eat days are Tue, Thurs, Sat and Sun.The weight is dropping fast...will show my progress photos soon
