Ok. I have a plan. I am going to be 180 by the time my in-laws come to visit. Lower would be better, but I'm trying to be realistic. I'm hoping since I'm writing this down that I'm committing fully. I always commit fully mentally, which somewhere in my head means it's just going to happen since I said it was going to. But then I actually forget to do something about it and then I remember after a while that I said I wanted to do something and that I forgot to do anything about it. Then I regret not doing anything and settle for the lack of results yet again. Lame, lame, lame, lame, LAME!! Starting TODAY, my plan is in full action. And by action, I mean I'm actually going to ACT on it. ;)
