Ok. I have a plan. I am going to be 180 by the time my in-laws come to visit. Lower would be better, but I'm trying to be realistic. I'm hoping since I'm writing this down that I'm committing fully. I always commit fully mentally, which somewhere in my head means it's just going to happen since I said it was going to. But then I actually forget to do something about it and then I remember after a while that I said I wanted to do something and that I forgot to do anything about it. Then I regret not doing anything and settle for the lack of results yet again. Lame, lame, lame, lame, LAME!! Starting TODAY, my plan is in full action. And by action, I mean I'm actually going to ACT on it. ;)

you can soooo do it! i started here reading other people's journals and kept all of my info private and once i started requesting people it gave me a bigger push knowing that at any time they could see my progress failing. i went to the gym one day and after the first week it became something i really looked forward to. you can change it! i always put things off for a new years goal, anniversary goal, birthday goal, summer goal and saw all of those occasions pass me by fatter than ever. today is the goal! im no where near finished but i already see how much happier i am and just praying it can stay off. im so glad youve come here and when you see that chart reflect all the hard work youve done, you wont have your regrets! keep going:))
