Another good day all around. Went to Dr got results of sleep study - Cpap machine is recommended. Work about 10:30 busy most of the afternoon. Looked forward to getting home. I was not hungry! Ate cheese & peperoni. Walked around Michaels needed Sunflowers for door basket. That was my exercise for the day. I packed several different items for snacks and lunch. Did not eat all of it! Sample: 2 hard boiled eggs - ate 1! Did not finish,salad: sugsr snap peas, onion, cherry toms, chicken. Used mayo for dippin. About 10. Olives, black and green. Cheese stk and slim jim.
B/fast egg beater onion, pep cheese. Coffee w/half/half. Drinking lots of water, lost count...diet root beer went I got home.
