Another good day all around. Went to Dr got results of sleep study - Cpap machine is recommended. Work about 10:30 busy most of the afternoon. Looked forward to getting home. I was not hungry! Ate cheese & peperoni. Walked around Michaels needed Sunflowers for door basket. That was my exercise for the day. I packed several different items for snacks and lunch. Did not eat all of it! Sample: 2 hard boiled eggs - ate 1! Did not finish,salad: sugsr snap peas, onion, cherry toms, chicken. Used mayo for dippin. About 10. Olives, black and green. Cheese stk and slim jim.

B/fast egg beater onion, pep cheese. Coffee w/half/half. Drinking lots of water, lost count...diet root beer went I got home.
224.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Sorry I missed this last night, but will say Good Morning! The snacks you packed make my mouth water - you were serious when you said you were going to eat more veggies this time around. And walking around Michaels can be plenty of exercise! Let us know if you decide to go with that Cpap machine.
