Slight gain to be expected, had a good night saturday night too much to drink and had pizza and later drunken mcdonalds, nothing better and no regrets ... back to it today
131.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
