中午自理,晚餐吃興夜漁港
太好逛了啦,什麼都可以吃
怕爆蛋白質,買海鮮150品嚐就好
一盒生魚片吃,一盒魷魚片家人吃
我偷吃就好😂
早晚都吃一顆酪梨
145.3 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
