📌低碳生酮221天~66.1(又+0.8)
😕😕😕整整多了2公斤
是怎麼回事!喝了半杯椰子水?
吃了一口餅乾。。。天啊
什麼害我爆碳的😢
都沒吃到什麼特別的還爆碳
阿!中午我自己煮
晚上我們去馬沙溝吃一碗魚丸湯
還有一盒鳳螺😱
夭壽是湯丸的關係嗎?
當天還吃一個原味火鍋
可能是湯頭太好喝。調味料太多
145.7 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 13.9 lb a week
