Day 5: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Breakfast: Visalus Shake (shake mix, instant coffee granules, cocoa powder, water, almond milk, ice)
Lunch: Visalus Shake (shake mix, cocoa powder, frozen strawberries, water, ice, a little bit of the leftover shake from breakfast)

128.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
