Just got a new scale. Yesterday's weight was 237.8 lb.
BF=36.2%
H=43.8%
MM=37.7%
236.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1765 kcal Fat: 54.83g | Prot: 73.60g | Carb: 255.07g.   Breakfast: Cherry Mixed Fruit, Fat Free Vatamin A & D Milk, Special K Fruit & Yogurt Cereal. Lunch: Sierra Turkey Sandwich w/o Chipotle Mayonnaise, Fuji Apple Chicken Salad w/o Gorgonzola Crumbles. Dinner: French Fries (Small), Spicy Chicken Fillet Sandwich. Snacks/Other: Newton Minis Strawberry, Bananas, Water. more...
