📌低碳生酮220天~65.2(又+0.4)
夭壽喔!。。。扶搖直上了😂
多一公斤了。。腳好一點了
可以開始腹部運動了
143.7 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
