Weight is the same but can definitely feel this is working. Started a nice morning jog and tomorrow I'm doing a hike in the mountains if it's not raining. Can't wait for a healthy weekend.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
