First complete day tracking carbs (under 20) and exercise after work. I noted "Reasonable Well" due to new at counting the carbs. I watched tv late - Olmpics woke up late and got to work late. I accomplished everthing I set out to do, meditate, fix lunch and snacks for today. Made coffee with real cream! Still not sure if I like it - I will try Half and Half! Stopped at Burger King ordred a Whopper without the bun - came home after working out for more than one hour added salad greens - delish! I worked out last night but I'm going slow due to I usually go overboard and end up hurting more than feeling good. This morning my knees and feet hurt! I rode exercise bike for about 20 minutes and walked around indoor track twice once before bike and after. Listened to music on IPOD made all the difference for me working out. Atkins worked for me many years ago but I didn't eat many vegetables so this time doing more with the vegetables.
225.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'd say you did pretty good for a first day! Good call on keeping up with the veggies - maybe we do grow wiser with age!
