So frustrating! I've been so consistent. 3 meals, 2 shakes and snacks in between. I try to do as little as possible activities cos my metabolism is so fast. 😔
113.1 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2013 kcal Fat: 58.04g | Prot: 106.67g | Carb: 253.87g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Chicken Drumstick Meat (Fried, Cooked). Dinner: Boiled Potato (without Peel), Fanta Pineapple, White Rice. Snacks/Other: Country Fresh Vanilla Ice Cream, Ensure Meal Replacement, Woolworths Banana, Woolworths Cutie Pie. more...

Pasta, rice, mash potato and southern fried chicken. Products made from.corn. Cereal. Toast. Fruit juice. Low fat products.

LowCarbFit thanks! I've noticed the other day 2 pieces of chicken alone was 419 calories! Rice as well.

I've also noticed when having pasta I'm hungry soon afterwards. Body burns it too fast?

High glycaemic foods like pasta spike the blood sugars hectically so you literally feel hungry all the time.

For gaining weight weight, liquid calories are your friend. Milk, if your body handles it well.

Well, bodybuilders that struggle to gain weight have been known to go on a program called GOMAD (gallon[3.7 litres]of milk a day). That's probably a bit excessive so you will have to find something that works for you. You probably aren't eating enough carbs so you could also try eating things like bread and noodles.
